A lot of elements in this card. The background was embossing and blue ink to highlight the snow coupled with real snow drops. The hills were die cut and then coated with white embossing powder to make a snowy effect. The snowmen were painted with ink and set on dimensionals for a 3D effect. The silver glitter in the foreground is actually shaved ice-like snow. You can feel the texture. The banner sentiment is heat embossed as well.
